We conduct thorough background checks on all potential tenants, including credit history, rental history, employment verification, and criminal background checks to ensure reliable and responsible tenants for your property.

Rent is collected through our secure online portal. Tenants can easily make payments, and we promptly transfer the funds to your account. We also manage any late payments and follow up as necessary.

If a tenant fails to pay rent, we follow a structured process that includes issuing late notices and handling all communication. If necessary, we will initiate eviction proceedings and represent you throughout the process.

Tenants can submit maintenance requests through our online portal. We have a network of trusted vendors and contractors who respond quickly to maintenance issues, ensuring your property remains in excellent condition.

Our Owner Benefits Package includes features like rent protection, eviction assistance, and discounted maintenance services. This package is designed to provide you with peace of mind and additional security for your investment.

Yes, you can access detailed financial statements through our online owner portal. These statements include income, expenses, and any other financial activities related to your property.

We perform routine inspections every six months to ensure the property is well-maintained and to address any issues proactively. Additional inspections can be arranged upon request.

We require all property owners to have a landlord insurance policy that includes liability coverage. This protects both you and us from potential lawsuits and liabilities that may arise from tenant occupancy.

While evictions are rare, we manage the entire process if necessary. This includes filing the eviction, representing you in court, and coordinating with law enforcement to ensure a smooth and legal removal of the tenant.

While we have a network of reliable contractors, you can choose to use your own. However, they must meet our standards and provide proper documentation to ensure quality and compliance with local regulations.

Our offices are closed evenings, weekends, and federal holidays, however we still check messages frequently during these hours, and in the event of a property emergency, we will communicate during off-hours. All non-emergent calls/emails will be returned within one (1) business day.

We offer a sliding scale security deposit. The minimum is equal to one month’s rent, and it will not exceed two month’s rent. Security deposit amount is determined by the applicant’s credit score/collection account number.
